Standard operation and maintenance need to strengthen the heat dissipation of the control cabinet and the protection of the PLC module: regularly check the cooling fan, clean the dust in the heat dissipation holes to ensure unobstructed heat dissipation; reasonably arrange the control cabinet to ensure good ventilation in the installation environment; regularly inspect the operation status of the PLC module, timely investigate high-temperature hidden dangers, avoid module aging failures, and ensure normal joint control of the unit.
Ensuring good heat dissipation of the control cabinet and normal operation of the PLC module is the key to the coordinated joint control of the unit. Doing a good job in daily heat dissipation maintenance and module inspection can avoid joint control failure, maintain the stable operation of the refrigeration system, extend the service life of equipment, reduce failures and operational losses, and protect the safe and efficient operation of the cold storage.
