Cold Fan and Cold Storage Unit Installation Considerations

1. Cold Fan Installation:

• Align with air circulation: Mount at the highest point of the 冷库 (avoiding door/window drafts) to ensure downward cold air covers all storage areas; maintain ≥30cm distance from insulation boards to prevent airflow blockage.
• Fix firmly: Use corrosion-resistant brackets (stainless steel) to avoid vibration-induced noise or displacement; ensure drain pipes slope ≥5° downward for smooth defrost water discharge (prevent freezing and pipe burst).
• Match evaporating temperature: Select fan models compatible with -18℃~-25℃ (e.g., low-temperature dedicated fans) to avoid frosting overload.

2. Refrigeration Unit Installation:

• Place on level, load-bearing ground: For outdoor units, use concrete foundations (height ≥10cm to prevent waterlogging); indoor units need ≥1.5m maintenance space around.
• Minimize pipeline length: Keep suction/discharge pipes ≤20m (reduce pressure loss); insulate pipes with 50~80mm thick cold-proof materials (avoid condensation or cold loss).
• Electrical safety: Use waterproof, low-temperature-resistant cables; install leakage protectors and temperature control sensors (calibrate to -18℃~-25℃ in advance).

3. Post-Installation Checks:

• Test airtightness: Pressurize the refrigerant system to detect leaks (no pressure drop within 24h); evacuate air/moisture (vacuum degree ≤50Pa).
