          The pipeline network is the core channel for transporting refrigerant in the cold storage refrigeration system, and its tightness directly determines the refrigerant retention rate and refrigeration efficiency. If pipeline network leaks are not repaired in a timely manner, although they seem like local pipeline hidden dangers, they will actually cause continuous refrigerant loss, lead to a sharp drop in system cooling capacity, disrupt the balance of the refrigeration cycle, and increase equipment load and operating costs.

          Pipeline network leaks are highly concealed, which easily leads to continuous refrigerant loss and is not easy to detect. Leakage points mostly occur at pipeline interfaces, valves, welds and other parts.           Standard operation and maintenance need to strengthen the inspection and repair of pipeline network leaks: establish a regular inspection mechanism, focus on checking pipeline interfaces, valves and other easy-to-leak parts, and timely find and professionally repair leakage points; regularly detect the system refrigerant pressure to judge whether there is hidden leakage; after repair, timely supplement refrigerant to the standard range to ensure the normal operation of the system.

 

          Timely repair of pipeline network leaks is the key to ensuring refrigerant retention and refrigeration efficiency.
