The ratio of the heat exchange area of the water condenser to that of the air condenser is estimated to be 1 to 18 (103 /18)=6m2
The area of the evaporator is determined based on the refrigerating capacity of the compressor (evaporation temperature ℃ × Δt, corrected coefficient of relative humidity, as per the table).
3. Calculation method for refrigerating capacity: = temperature difference × weight/time × specific heat × equipment maintenance mechanism
For example, there is a quick-freezing warehouse
1) Cold storage temperature -35℃
2) Freezing capacity: 1T/H
3) Within 2 hours
4) Quick-frozen substances (fresh fish)
5) Ambient temperature: 27℃
6) Equipment maintenance mechanism insulation board calculation: 62℃×1000/2/H×0.82×1.23=31266 kcal/n. The compressor evaporation temperature can be found as CT=40, and the CE-40℃ refrigerating capacity is 31266 kcal/n
